The room rate for B&B accommodation varies according to season and length of stay.   Our tariff is a guideline only so please telephone or e-mail to confirm a price for your individual party.  Longer stays and mid-week breaks are generally cheaper. We aim to provide fair rates.

Room Charges for accommodation are per night based on two people sharing (except for single rates) and include accommodation, English breakfast, service and VAT.

Terms and Conditions

All reservations are subject to the following Terms and Conditions: When a reservation is made, verbally or in writing, a Contract exists between Corsham Field Farmhouse and the Guest. The Contract comes into effect as soon as the booking is confirmed and is not dependent on the receipt of a deposit.

We also require a deposit of £50.00 per room payable to Robert Smith to be sent with written confirmation to:

Payment is accepted in British cheque (GBP), Sterling Travellers Cheques or Cash.  Please note that we cannot accept credit or debit card payments. Payment must be made on or before departure. Check in is after 14:00 and before 22:00. Please vacate your room by 10:30.

Cancellations:  Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to future bookings made within three months of the date of the original booking provided seven days notice is given.   Cancellations made within seven days of arrival date require full payment.  Payment in full is required if the length of stay is reduced. In the event of ‘No Shows’ the whole cost of the reservation will be payable.
