TARIFF AND RESERVATIONS
Bookings
Our approach is friendly and uncomplicated. Bookings are made directly with us so you can be assured that you will receive the best rate and that your booking is tailored to your requirements. Payment is on or before arrival in GB Pounds and can be in any of these methods: Cash, Cheque, Payment Card or Bank Transfer.
Our B&B prices vary according to season and length of stay. Our tariff is a guideline only so please telephone 01451 831750 or e-mail to confirm a price. Longer stays and mid-week breaks are cheaper than short stays and weekends.
Room charges for double or twin en-suite room accommodation are per night based on two people sharing and include accommodation, parking, English breakfast, service and taxes.
Most of our rooms have a double and a single bed so can be used by up to three persons. We have one family room with one double and two single beds. The rate for a child sharing with parents is £35.00 per child per night. Child rates apply to children between five and fourteen years of age.
We do not accept children under five. All inside areas are non-smoking. No pets are allowed.

Terms & Conditions
We kindly ask that you take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions prior to making a Booking. All Reservations are subject to the following:
Our Terms and conditions come into being as soon as a Reservation is confirmed. The T&Cs apply to all bookings made either verbally or in writing. On Confirmation of a Reservation a legal Contract is formed between Corsham Field Farmhouse and the Guest and is not dependent on the receipt of a deposit.
Deposit
A deposit is required for all bookings. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for group reservations and stays which begin within a week of the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Payment
Payment is on or before arrival and is accepted in GB Pounds only and can be made using any of these methods: Cash, Cheque, Card Payment or Bank Transfer. Bank Transfers must be in our bank before arrival. International Bank Transfers can be very expensive, so we do not recommend this method for our overseas guests. We do not accept American Express.
Arrival and Departure
Check in is after 14:00 and before 21:00. If you wish to arrive a little earlier than 14:00, it may be possible for you to drop off your bags and take keys with you – 12:00 onwards. Check in cannot be later than 21:00 due to the disturbance this causes to other guests. Please vacate your room by 10:30 on the morning of departure and return your keys to us.
Service
We service the rooms on a daily basis in the mornings. If you wish us to service your room please vacate it by 11:00.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within seven days of arrival date require full payment. Payment in full is required if the length of stay is curtailed. In the event of ‘No Shows’ the whole cost of the Reservation will be payable. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking to be taken within three months of the date of the original booking provided seven days notice is given. We recommend guests take out Cancellation Insurance.
Additional Points
Please take care of our family home. We reserve the right to charge you (the guest) for any loss, breakages or damage which you or any member of your party causes to any part of The Property (Corsham Field Farmhouse) or its contents during your stay; this includes without limitation specialist cleaning (including from smoking) or for any items that are missing when you leave. If you leave any items behind we are happy to return these to you by post for a minimum charge of £8.00.
